- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Highly frustrated that I very clearly informed them of my need to have a nonprofit tax return done. Rearranged my schedule for appointment on Sunday, which was only day special tax advisor was available at this office. Upon our arrival we found that the scheduler had scheduled us with a person who was unable to complete this task.
